Aqdar e-learning platform – the CyberC3 test (e-communication)
Aqdar e-Learning Platform is the first Emirati program designed to provide a deep understanding of Cyber Crime Act for all society sectors in the UAE. As well as the basics of health and safety measures while using smart devices, social networks, accountability principles, digital literacy and many other topics of interest to users of modern technologies. The platform was created by Khalifa Empowerment Program to spread the culture of social communication, and to educate the community members about cybercrimes and its consequences. This platform provides a set of virtual lessons that enables the recipient to access the information easily, to be eligible for the test after completing the lessons and obtain Cyber C3 certificate.
