This initiative aims to prepare innovative national cadres of students and teachers in the field of literary writing in all its forms, and to shape students ‘awareness and increase their knowledge and enlightenment. This requires the concerted efforts of all institutional and societal bodies in the country to achieve common goals aimed at raising students’ awareness about the responsibilities entrusted to him, by addressing his needs and desires, as well as nurturing those creative talents, in various fields, as well as providing and a future collection of outstanding books issued by the students themselves directed to students, as they understand better than anyone for their needs and the nature of the developments that are going through it.
The Khalifa Empowerment Program, in cooperation with Dar Kuttab, and with the participation of a group of well-known writers and in the fields of writing, poetry, theater, essay and short story, will train the participants in this initiative on the basics of creative writing and literary writing techniques. The previous versions this initiative has resulted in a number of student-created works, about 50 authors and writers, which was launched in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
