The program came under the guidance of HH General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, for the need to deal with the challenges faced by all members of society at different stages of age, and empower them with the skills, knowledge and tools to deal with them without fear or hesitation. The program should be the umbrella of all preventive programs implemented at the state level, at the same time, these programs and events are integrated into all state institutions so that they can be controlled, restricted and measured
Khalifa Empowerment Program – Aqdar works through several strategies to achieve its objectives. The first of these objectives is to consolidate the concepts of joint institutional work between all concerned ministries, federal and local authorities, private institutions, civil society organizations and various members of society through the various activities that are being implemented. Secondly, to work towards effective mechanisms for the development of communication workshops and joint and sustainable cooperation, which is the most important strategic guidance’s that the Khalifa Program for Empowerment achieves through the consolidation of efforts aimed at building young generations with comprehensive awareness, self- immunization, empowerment and ability to meet the challenges of the present and the future. Hence, the importance of this program in working to enhance the roles of young people and enable them to creativity and innovation in this area to serve the community of the United Arab Emirates.
